Our duty, is to ensure that you are satisfied with your stay and any complaints we received are handled quickly and remedy any problems that occur while you spend time with us. I can assure you, had I ever been made aware of any complaints, or if the other staff had been informed we would have done everything possible to make your stay better.Due to allergies or other problems that can arise, we assign specific rooms to be used by guests that have pets. This is the only way to keep our establishment pet friendly. For the same reason we keep smoking rooms separated from non-smoking rooms. When automated reservations are created, those rooms are assigned accordingly. I apologize for any confusion that came with the special needs you had to allow your stay with pets.Again, we are sorry to hear of the issues you had while you stayed with us.
