Dear guest,Your reservation made through central reservation was for one room non smoking two double beds for 4 people. There was no indication on the reservation that you needed first floor for medical reason. You arrived at the hotel during a very busy weekend and all double beds non smoking ground floor were occupied. After you explained that your father in law needed a ground floor, the general manager offered you a king size room non smoking for $42.00 including tax. Bear in mind that all rooms were sold for $79.99 + tax that weekend. We understand your frustration but though the hotel was not responsible for the lack of information on the reservation, we tried to rectify the problem and you declined the offer. « hide
