“Need more customer service experience and miss a closets”

The Hotel is very nice since it has been updated but they are lacking of customer service. The rooms are nice but need to update the carpet. They are also missing the t.v. guide and there are closet for you to hang you clothes. When we staying in a hotel we at least have a coffee pot in the room but they didn't have that nor, a microwave or refrigerator well not even a list of local restaurants that deliver. The room was poorly stocked no tissue paper in the box no lotion etc. I think they really need to work on these things and maybe they will be better rated. I think that did get me upset was when I called the front desk for an ironing board and an iron I was told that I need to leave because the check out time was 11:00am, I called at around 2:00pm but still had one more night paid. I let them know that "yes" I am aware but that I needed to please use and iron they were very unpleasant and told me that we need to check out. I then asked why if we still have one more night he then asked what room are you calling from and wanted my name well not to say the least they had the wrong room. I didn't even get a sorry until I ask it they where going to apologize for there mistake? No a very convincing apologies.
