“Horrible Customer Service”

This hotel is located at mile marker 253 off I - 44 in missouri. While the hotel is not a bad hotel, it is right next to a noisy highway. I could have dealt with that , but the reason I will never be back to this hotel is a very rude front desk person who checked me in. Iwas supposed to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room it was a 3 night stay while my family and I went to six flags. I booked a room for 3 nights with the refrigerator and microwave. Upon checking in I noticed immediately it was not there, and so went to the front desk to ask about it. I was told , or in better words informed they do not include these things in there room and since the notes in my reservation did not include that I was supposed to have them it would be an additional 5.00 a night if I wanted them. I suppose I'm crazy to think it's possible for reservations to mess something like that up, and cetainly did not appreciate it automatically being assumed that I was wrong and not telling the truth. I walked out of the front desk area, finished my stay and will not be back. Any property that puts a refrigerator and microwave above a customers repeat business in this economy is not a property I want to return to. I am a season pass holder to six flags and will return every 3 months or so.
