Travelodge - Lexington

Thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to review our hotel. It is constructive criticism, like yours that allows us to brainstorm new ideas to provide an excellent experience for yourself and other guests in the future. I am very sorry that you were disappointed with your stay at Travelodge Lexington. It is our number one goal to provide a professional, courteous, and clean environment to all our guests. We have implemented new ideas and strategies to ensure our future guests will not experience a less than desirable environment with aspect to cleanliness and odors.You are correct in your comments that our hotel used to be a Holiday Inn Express. We have new ownership and many upgrades have been made to our property since the Holiday Inn Express days. Once again, thank you for your response on the recent hotel stay. Thank you for taking time to reflect on your stay at Travelodge Lexington. We are sorry that you experienced a smokey room. We have taken measures to help insure that this does not happen to yourself or any other guest in the future. All our rooms were and are smoke free. We have implemented and are enforcing a policy that will require any guest who smokes in a room to pay an additional incidental fee. We are also monitoring the hallways at night to minimize any issues with noise disturbances for our guest. Once again, we are sorry that your stay was less than perfect. The new ownership is working very hard to get the added amenities that will make our already great hotel an excellent hotel. We are pleased to let yourself and all future potential guests know that all rooms do now have a refrigerator in them. Plans have been made to equip all rooms with microwaves in the near future.
