By far the worst experience in my life. I am not even exaggerating. These people Ajay & Ella Patel one of the worst people I have ever encountered. To make matter even worse the rooms are extremely gross, outdated, and the internet doesn't work. I have pictures to prove it. They are rude, offensive, disrespectful, and like to take advantage of people including their poor maids. They are horrible human beings. When I checked in they did NOT want to give me a receipt for paying cash upon arrival....Ella screamed at me and kept on yapping even though I told her to calm down. I felt threatened and fearful of this vile woman. She is not even the manager, her husband Ajay is the manager but you can clearly see who wears the pants in that relationship and in this mediocre hotel. Why she is in charge instead of him? I do not know....but she is rude, violent and crazy and you can see it in her eyes. They do not even acknowledge you when you come in....no greeting, no smile. If you want amenities you need to go pick them up yourself because they do not want to leave the office. The Internet does not work properly and went I told them to please reset it Ella said that she couldn't because her husband was not in the property and wasn't coming back until half an hour later. The bathroom has cockroaches and there's ants in the room, it is outdated and nasty. When I checked out I told Ajay about my whole experience and he said I should have called him when the cockroaches where around....then I told him you can go see right now....they're hanging around in the bathroom and he said it was because it was the summer time and that usually happens! Then the wife said i was their worst guest ever! Nobody has ever told me that. Then I continued telling him about their horrible customer service and he said they had done nothing wrong....that I was the problem, so I responded by telling him that this is not what the Expedia, tripadvisor and other rating websites said. And I proceeded to tell him I called the wyndham guest relations to file a complaint and that he had 5 days to solve the situation and he said he wasnt going to do anything, that he didnt care. He then shrugged his shoulders and told me "to go". He Kicked me out. These people are beyond anything I have ever experienced, I have been to several hotels and this has been my worst experience ever. And just so you know....the tip you leave for the maids to clean your room, they keep for themselves. « less
