Dear Norman, Thank you for leaving a review of our Travelodge. I want to apologize about the pool being dirty, we have our pool cleaned once a week. Also we had a mix up with our ordering of towels, they were in back order for a couple weeks but have since arrived. I sincerely hope you try us out again in the future. « hide
