when we arrived at the hotel we expected the rooms we had reservedbut to our surprise they informed us those rooms were already taken.I made sure to reserve these rooms well in advance because we are a large family of 8 children all with special needs and really needed the ajoining rooms. They said all they had left was 2 seperate rooms beside each other, because some of our child also have epilepsy it was very important that we had a door between our rooms that could stay open so my husband and I could help each other knowing our children could not be left alone for any amount of time. The lady at the front desk asked if we were going to take the rooms they offered ,we didnt really have a choice it was late and we had all these children who just got off the Ferry. she said they might have the rooms we wanted tomorrow. When they did give us the rooms the next day not only were they the wrong rooms but we hadto leave the windows open because the smell of freash paint was so strong that it made some of us sick . When i phone down that night they told me that the headboards and the furniture had just been painted they offered us 2 new rooms that were not joined. they don't understand ajoining rooms. When we checked out 4 nights later they never even apologized
