The Chillington Family
After several ill-advised attempts to spend their holidays in a warmer climate, this family of snowballs now likes to vacation in Juneau, Alaska.
Favorite activities: skiing, snowboarding, snowball fights, making snow angels, ice fishing, ice sculpting.

The Floatley Family
Everyone's got a favorite time of year. For the Floatley girls, it's autumn. They love the crisp, cool air and the "supercute outfits" that come with the season. This fall, the Floatleys are vacationing in Burnsville, Minnesota, near the Mall of America.
Favorite activities: bird watching, shopping, floating, shopping, pumpkin picking, sightseeing, shopping.

The Shellby Family
Like most seashell families, the Shellbys love warm weather. They're spending this winter in La Jolla, California where there 's always plenty of sunshine to go around.
Favorite activities: snorkeling, windsurfing, building sandcastles, tanning, beach volleyball.

The Windsor Family
Ever since Jebediah Windsor III started his very own business over a century ago, the Windsors have been a family of entrepreneurs. Their family business has them traveling to just about every major city in America, and even though by their very nature they dress to impress, they're not all business. They always remember to have fun along the way.
Favorite activities: wining and dining, public speaking, sporting events, PowerPoint.

The Rockwell Family
There's nothing a rock likes more than to skip across a body of water. That's why the Rockwell family spends their holidays in Chicago, just a stone's throw away from the great Lakes.
Favorite activities: waterskiing, surfing, wakeboarding, sailing, mountain climbing, spelunking.

The Barkdale Family
When you're a log, the great outdoors isn't just a place you visit. It's a part of you. Nobody knows this better than the Barkdales. This year, they're adventuring in Laramie, Wyoming, near Yellowstone National Park.
Favorite activities: kayaking, canoeing, backpacking, exploring, butterfly collecting.
